This article explains the steps a dealership must complete in Tekion to activate the Automotive Partner Cloud (APC) required for Snap‑on Integration Professional (SIP) .
Required Permissions
Controller, Dealer Principal, and System Administrator roles have permission to access the Integration Hub module by default. Additional permissions may be granted by the dealership.
Please Note: If your login supports multiple roles please ensure that you are using the correct item.
Required Dealer Action

In ARC, the dealer will navigate to their Integration Hub tile within the Apps menu

Search for the Snap‑on Integration Professional (SIP) app.
- The dealer can see an Overview and the associated Permissions of the APC APIs for Snap‑on. The dealership should “Request Connection.”
- These steps will trigger a notification email send to userassist@snapon.com informing them that a dealership has requested integration.
