Purpose
This document explains what the dealership is responsible for to request Snap‑on Integration Professional (SIP) within Tekion.
Who Can Submit the Request
Only users with one of the following roles in Tekion may submit the request:
- Controller / Comptroller
- Dealer Principle
- IT Admin
If you do not have one of these roles, you will not see the option to submit the request.
Request Snap‑on SIP in Tekion
- Log in to Tekion Integration Hub
https://apc.tekioncloud.com/user/login - From the App Grid:
- Select the Apps tab
- Open the APC section
- Click Integration Hub
- Navigate to the All Integrations tab
- Search for Snap‑on Integration Professional (SIP)
- Click Request Connection
- Review the Data Permissions and Terms & Conditions
- Click Accept & Connect to submit the request
What Happens After You Submit
- You will see the integration request marked as Pending
- This status remains Pending until Snap‑on completes onboarding
- No additional action is required from the dealership during this time
