1. Clearing the Browser Cache for the Edge Browser 
In the Edge Browser, click the 3 dots in the upper right hand side of the browser.
From the Menu selection, click Settings.
From the Settings Menu, click "Privacy, Search, and Services".
4. Click "Clear browsing data"
5. Click "Choose what to clear"
6. From the Delete browsing data Window, check the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" check boxes, and then click the "Clear now" button.
7. Close the Browser and then open the browser and try the catalog again.
2. Clearing the Browser Cache for the Chrome Browser 
In the Chrome Browser, click the 3 dots in the upper right hand side of the browser.
From the Menu selection, click Settings.
From the Settings Menu, click "Privacy and security".
4. Click "Clear browsing data"
5. Click "Delete browsing data"
6. From the Delete browsing data Window, check the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" check boxes.
7. Click the "More" dropdown and select "All time"
8. Click the "Delete data"
9. Close the browser and open the catalog again.
