Picklists allow you to build a list of parts and send them to your Dealer Management System (DMS). You can add parts, manage quantities, save lists for later, and submit them once you are ready.
Viewing the Picklist
The picklist pane is located at the bottom of the screen. It is hidden when the catalog first opens.
To view it:
Click the Restore Picklist icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Picklist Tools
Picklist tools are found along the top of the picklist toolbar.

| Add a part manually. You will need to enter the part number, quantity, and description. | |

| Select a price source. For example, a Price Book if your distributor provides one. | |
| Show or hide various picklist prices. | |
| Send the picklist to your DMS. Appears only if integration is configured. | |
| Display the picklist. | |
| Display the picklist in full-screen mode. | |
| Hide the picklist. |
Note: Opening a saved picklist replaces your current picklist. Save your current work first if needed.
Right-click Options
Right-click any part in the picklist to access these quick actions:
Catalog Lookup: View the part in the illustration and parts list.
Copy Part Number: Copy the part number to your clipboard.
Where Used: View other vehicles that use the same part.
Adding a Part to the Picklist
Click the Add to Picklist buttonnext to a part in the catalog’s parts list.
Deleting a Part from the Picklist
Click the Delete buttonnext to the part you want removed.
Saving a Picklist
Click the Save icon.
Name the picklist.
Click Save.
To reopen a saved picklist, click the Open icon.
Managing Picklists

At the top of the screen, click Manage then select Picklists.
Choose a picklist from the list.
Available actions:
Open the picklist.
Rename the picklist by entering a new name.
Delete a picklist and confirm removal.
Click Close when finished.
Displaying Picklist Prices
Use the Price menu in the picklist to select which price fields should appear.
Important: Prices shown represent the total quantity. For example:
Quantity: 3
Price shown: 150.00
This means the price per unit is 50.00.
