About Parts Integration Assistant (PIA)
PIA sends a picklist from the EPC to your approved DMS. It’s used when a DMS can’t use the usual integration methods, and it works by docking a small window onto the DMS screen so you can easily transfer parts.
Prerequisite — Install Parts Integration Assistant (PIA)

Download the installer:
https://sbs.snapon.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/piadwnld.exe -
Open the downloaded file to run piadwnld.exe.

Select the installation language (the default is English), then click OK.

When prompted, close any open programs and click Next to continue.

Choose the installation location and click Next.
(Most users should keep the default location.) -
Click Install to begin the installation.

When the installation is complete, click Finish.
Setting Up PIA (From the Catalog)

Back in the Snap-on Catalog, Click Settings > Integration Settings.

If you are setting up a new integration, click the New button.
If you are editing an existing integration, click the Edit button. -
From the Select an integration dropdown, choose Parts Integration Assistant.
- Click the Launch PIA button.
