Quicklists allow you to store groups of related part types for repeated use. When you open a Quicklist in a catalog, the system automatically finds the matching parts for the selected vehicle.
If the selected vehicle does not support this feature, Quicklists will not be available.
What Quicklists Do
Quicklists are saved collections of part types. They can be reused across different vehicles and pull the equivalent part types for each catalog.
Example:
A Quicklist with a water pump, gasket, and thermostat will automatically show the correct matching parts for those items based on the vehicle currently selected.
Important Notes
Quicklists are shared across all users at a dealership. Any edits affect everyone.
Authorized distributor users can create or mark a Quicklist as Public, making it available to all users in the distributorship.
Part codes used in Quicklists are specific to each dataset. Multi-OEM dealerships will need separate Quicklists per dataset.

On the picklist toolbar, click Save.
In the Save Picklist window, select Save as Quicklist.
