Can the catalog be installed on a Mac?
The web-based catalog can be accessed on a Mac through a supported browser. However, integration features are not supported in this environment.
The locally installed catalog that includes media is not supported on macOS.
Can I download only the VIN-filtered parts data from EPC for my vehicle?
No. This function is not supported due to copyright restrictions.
VIN filtering can be used within EPC to view applicable parts for a specific vehicle, but exporting or downloading a complete VIN-filtered parts list is not available.
Which web browsers are supported for the Part Catalog?
The Part Catalog is officially supported only on the following web browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
Other web browsers may not function correctly with the Part Catalog and are not officially supported.
In some environments, a different browser may be automatically installed or set as the system default browser by local IT policies or third-party software. If the Part Catalog does not open or function properly, we recommend switching to a supported browser listed above.
Can I see the original export country for a vehicle in the Part Catalog?
No. The Part Catalog does not currently provide the original export country for a vehicle based on the VIN.
