Purpose
This article provides step-by-step instructions for setting up the File Writer integration using the industry standard STARDTS17. This article covers the following Dealer Management Systems: DealerBuilt, DealerTrack, Proceed, Exceed, Serti, Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite, and Tekion (Without SIP)

Setup Instructions

Enter a name for the integration.
- Use your DMS provider name. In this example we'll use "Dealertrack".
- Select the file format STARDTS17.
- Click Next.

Select the OEM that this integration applies to in this example we selected "Ford".
- Choose the correct part number format for your DMS.
- Click Next.

Select Everyone in my dealership.
- Click Next.

Click Finish to complete the integration setup.
